All Sponsor Benefits Package

  1. Full access to the 2025 Community College Futures Assembly and the 30 community college teams,
  2. Ability to initiate one-on-one meetings at scheduled receptions and social breaks,
  3. Formal acknowledgment of sponsors at the opening and closing of plenary sessions,
  4. Option to include one marketing item in the conference swag bag,
  5. Dedicated page for all sponsors with their logos, and
  6. Two complimentary registrations to the Assembly which include two evening receptions and the celebratory award ceremony. The event will take place at the Menger Hotel in San Antonio, Texas.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Award Ceremony Sponsor - $7,500: (1 sponsorship)

  • The sponsor is identified throughout the program and provided with a table at the Bellwether Showcase alongside the 30 community college teams. This top sponsor is provided high-visibility branding on stage and given the option to provide brief welcoming remarks at the awards ceremony. A complimentary exhibit table is provided at the Bellwether Finalist Showcase. The all-sponsor benefits package is also included.

Luncheon or Reception Sponsor - $5,000: (3 sponsorships)

  • The luncheon or reception sponsor supports the assembly luncheon or one of two receptions. Sponsors will also receive all-sponsor benefits.

Breakfast Sponsor - $3,500: (2 sponsorships)

With its formation in 1977, the National Council of Instructional Administrators (NCIA), an affiliate of the American Association of Community Colleges, quickly grew to become one of the largest affiliates of the AACC. It has evolved over time providing for the instructional administrator an agenda for leadership, advocacy, innovation and professional development.
